Ozone has taken development knowledge from its high-performance Fusion range and applied it to a single-surface design, creating a wing that delivers an impressive combination of stiffness, speed and long-term durability.
The canopy uses a hybrid construction of Teijin 5x5 and 3x3 ripstop. The 5x5 material forms the majority of the canopy for strength and reduced diagonal stretch, while 3x3 ripstop is strategically positioned in the front panels to fine-tune flex and load distribution. This helps the canopy maintain its designed profile and performance even after extensive use.
Precise Handling
The new Ozone boom system provides a highly responsive connection between rider and wing, while the stiff leading-edge handle gives you excellent control when the wing is flagged out on a wave. The Flux V3 also features reinforced anti-flap batten pockets to reduce trailing-edge flutter, with six battens on larger sizes and four on smaller sizes.
